- For referral partners, you can assign a submission to a product even if the business owner did not match with that product originally. On the submissions tab, click on the submissions that need to be assigned to a product then click “Assign Submissions”.
- Type in the name of the product that you want to assign the submission to.
- Confirm the product selection and select whether you want a match email to be sent to the business owner and the service partner.
- A new lead will be created after the submission is assigned.
