Learn how to refine your lead management process by applying specific business filters.
- Click Leads.
- To filter leads by Date, click on the box with the calendar icon. You can filter leads by when they were created, last updated, or closed. Select the appropriate date range and click Apply.
- You can also use the Search bar to type the name of the business or the email address associated with the lead. The lead list will automatically update as you type.
- Click More Filters to apply additional filters.
- If you are participating in a referral program, you can filter leads by which referral program they are associated with. If your products can be found on multiple lead sources, you can also filter which source the leads came from. For referral partners, you can also filter leads by which service partner they were referred to.
- Leads can be filtered by the following categories: Stage, Product Type, FICO Score, Business Type, Industry, Revenue Last Year, Revenue Projected, Requested Amount, and Ownership Demographics. Check the boxes underneath each category that you want to include in your search. For Requested Amount, you may specify only a minimum or maximum if desired.
- Once you have selected all of your filters, click Apply. The lead list will update with all of your filters.
NOTE: When exporting leads, the data will be downloaded with the filters you have applied.
