The CRF Connect pre-application form is hosted on a myriad of websites (also known as the “lead sources”), which means that there are several origins from which a service partner can receive leads from.
Service partners can configure which lead sources they are receiving leads from within the Product editor. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the “Products” tab on the left-hand side menu.
- Click “Edit” on a Product card.
- Scroll down to the “Eligible Lead Sources” section.
There will be a checklist of eligible lead sources to choose from. Most partners select "All Lead Sources”, but you can choose specific lead sources that are able to refer matched applicants to the product.
The “Eligible Lead Sources” section is also leveraged for programs where lenders are offering standardized products that are specific to that program. Deselecting all lead sources EXCEPT for the program’s referral form will ensure that the product is only showing up as a potential match for that specific program.
Once you make your desired changes, make sure to click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the screen.
