When configuring your product, there are three product types to choose from: Business Service, Grant, and Loan. Each product type requires different information about what you will be offering to business owners. The information you provide in this section will be visible to applicants on pre-application forms.
Business Service
- For business services, enter information about what type of technical assistance your organization provides, cost of service, and how services are offered.
- Each product type also allows different filters to determine if a business owner is eligible for your product. The primary filter to include for business service is what areas of technical assistance your organization can provide support with.
Grant
- For grants, enter what the purpose of the grant is, how much can be awarded, and the estimated amount of time it takes to fund.
- Filters for grants include more categories for the types of businesses that are eligible to receive funding and their financial history.
Loan
- For loans, enter the details of the loan being offered. This includes the interest rate, loan term, collateral required (if any), and any application or origination fees. While not all fields are required, the more information you enter will provide applicants with a better understanding of whether their business is a fit for your product.
- The only required filter for loans is the Requested Amount applicants enter in the pre-application. You have the option to boost the visibility of your product by allowing it to be seen by applicants who request up to 50% more than the max loan size your organization can fund, as many applicants request more than they are eligible for.
