This guide walks Service Partners through how to leverage Product Tags on their existing Products in CRF Connect. Product Tags are labels that can be used for internal organization and workflow management. For example, you can use them to identify products with specific regional focus, or by team member, while maintaining consistent external product names. Tags are customizable and will NOT be visible to applicants.
- Navigate to https://connect.crfusa.com/app and click into the "Products" tab on the left navigation.
2. Find the Product you would like to add a Product Tag to and click the pencil icon next to "Tags" to add.
3. Type your desired Product Tag into the blank field and then press Enter to create the tag. You may rinse and repeat to create multiple Product Tags in this field.
Click "Save Changes" to save it in the system.
4. Once created and saved, the Product Tag will populate accordingly. You can edit tags at any time by clicking on the pencil icon.
