This article explains how to retire products in CRF Connect. When loan, grant or business service products need to be paused or stopped from receiving leads, they can be retired. Retiring a product prevents businesses from connecting with it while preserving the product record.
- Login to your CRF Connect account (https://connect.crfusa.com/app/) and go to the “Products” section on the left-hand menu bar under Management:
- Find the specific product you want to retire, click on the ellipses and choose “Deactivate”:
- A pop-up will generate to confirm the deactivation, click on “Deactivate Product” to confirm:
- Now the product has been successfully deactivated and will show as “Retired”:
- To reactivate the product, click on the ellipses again for the specific product and choose “Activate”:
NOTE: Retiring a product does NOT delete any previous records or information about the product. Retiring a product prevents businesses from connecting with it while preserving the product record.
