Sometimes, a Loan is not a good fit for a program, and it will not ultimately be accepted into the program’s portfolio of Loans. In this event the Enroller will reject the Loan from the program, and it will be moved to the Unsubmitted stage. This Loan is still visible to the Enrollee if they want to submit it to a different program for consideration or if they want to appeal the decision to the Enroller. If a Rejection is overturned, the Enrollee simply needs to re-submit their Loan and it can go through the same review process outlined above.
