All Loans in the Exchange start out as Drafts. These are Loans that have not gone through their program’s validation process. Drafts are where the Enrollees can work on their Loans without worrying about having everything perfect. Drafts are not visible to Enrollers until they are submitted to the program and pass the Validation process. Looking at your left navigation bar as an Enrollee, you should see your Drafts section.  

This is the space for Enrollees to add data and documents to their Loans and confirm everything looks right before submitting them to the program for Validation and Enrollment.
