Within CRF Connect, you can enable Weekly Duplicate Emails. This option will produce a report (sent to the email address you use for logging into Connect) encompassing all duplicate leads that were received on a weekly basis.
To turn this feature on, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your User Badge in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select Settings.
- Click on the “Notifications” tab.
You will see three kinds of email notifications that you can enable. Toggle “Weekly Lead Duplicate Report” on to enable and hit “Save Changes” to make sure your preferences are saved in the system.
