In order to create new users, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the USERS tab in the left-hand menu.
2. Click on the INVITE USER button, and provide a First Name, Last Name, Email address, and Role for the new user (Administrators have the ability to edit and add new products, create new users, and manage referral statuses. Users who are not administrators can only view loan inquiries and receive alerts for new loan inquiries).
NOTE: You can change a user’s role at any time, by selecting PENCIL on the right side of the table for each individual user.
