Forms are used to collect information from applicants. Connect Forms can be embedded on to your company website for people to directly access.
Access the supporting documentation
1. Login into CRF Connect: https://connect.crfusa.com/app/
2. Click on the 'Integrations' tab on the left-hand menu bar:
3. Click on 'Form Embed':
4. Enter in one or more hostnames where your forms will be hosted. These could take the form 'example.com' or 'my.example.com'. Multiple entries can be added. Changes may take several minutes to go into effect.
5. Finally, scroll down and copy the embed code which will be used to add the Connect form to your website.
