Now that your draft has been successfully submitted, you will no longer see it in the Drafts page of the Exchange. It will now show up under My Listings in the “Submitted” stage.
At this point you have done all you need to do until the Enroller completes their review of the Loan. First you will see your loan’s Stage move from “Submitted” to “In Review”, this tells you that the Enroller is actively looking at your Loan to determine its eligibility for their program.
Once a decision has been made your loan will either move to “Accepted” if it has been accepted into the program or it will move to “Unsubmitted” if it has been rejected from the program.
Unsubmitted loans can be resubmitted for consideration if you need to make a correction or change to the loan prior to asking for reconsideration. If your loan is moved to “Accepted” you will need to complete enrollment by following the steps in the next section.
Completing Enrollment of a Loan
- On the My Listings page of the Exchange, check the box next to the Accepted loan you wish to enroll and click “Complete Enrollment”
- Select the appropriate Enrollment Date per your program’s guidance and then click the “Enroll” button. This completes the Loan Enrollment process and you are now ready to move into servicing this loan.
