The dashboard is the landing page when you log in to CRF Connect. It displays a numerical summary of your leads on the platform.
- Active leads are all of your organization’s leads that are in a non-terminal stage (matched, reviewed, contacted, qualified). Clicking on the active leads box will take you to the list of your leads with those filters applied.
- Technical Assistance are all of your organization’s leads where the product type is business service. Matched is the total number of technical assistance leads across all stages. Closed is the number of technical assistance leads where the stage is complete. Clicking on the technical assistance box will take you to the list of your technical assistance leads.
- Loans are all of your organization’s leads where the product type is loan. Matched is the total number of loan leads across all stages. Closed is the number of loan leads where the stage is complete. Closed amount refers to the dollar total of all leads where the stage is complete. Clicking on the loans box will take you to the list of your loan leads.
- Below the lead totals is a pipeline chart of your leads based on stage. It tallies the number of leads in each stage from matched to complete, excluding disqualified or withdrawn leads. This counts leads of all product types.
The heat map at the bottom of the dashboard shows the geographic distribution of where your applicants’ small businesses are located. Connect geolocates each applicant based on the address of the small business in the lead. Clicking on a particular state will pull up the total number of leads for that state.
- Double-clicking or zooming in on the heat map will provide a more granular view of the counties that the leads are coming from. You can click on an area of the map to see the number of leads from a particular county.
The 3 search bars at the top of the dashboard are useful tools and filters that can be applied to the dashboard.
Ask AI is an experimental feature that allows you to ask Connect questions based on leads in your pipeline. Below are sample questions you can use to get a conversation started:
- How many loan leads come from business owners who have a credit score between 620-700?
- Which industry type is the most represented in my leads who are applying from California, Oregon, and Washington state?
- What percentage of technical service leads are requesting assistance with accounting or tax preparation?
After you type your question in the Ask AI box, you will be directed to a separate interface where you can converse with the AI. All of your prior conversations with the AI will be stored on the right side of the page. Please note that because this is an experimental feature, the AI can make mistakes. It is important to verify any critical information for accuracy.
- If your organization is participating in a referral program, you can filter the dashboard to only show data for leads for that referral program. Clicking on the Program box will generate a dropdown list of all programs for which you are an eligible service partner. You can also start typing the name of the program you are looking for to filter the program list. After selecting your program, the dashboard will update automatically.
The All Time box allows you to filter your dashboard for leads based on a certain timespan. You are currently able to filter by open leads, which are leads in a non-terminal stage ((matched, reviewed, contacted, qualified), or date created. When filtering by open leads, you are able to see how many leads in your pipeline are in a non-terminal stage as of a certain date. When filtering by date created, you are able to filter by when leads were created before, after, or between a date window. This date filter includes all leads regardless of stage.
