The new Reports feature in CRF Exchange offers users a streamlined way to create and export detailed reports related to loans. This functionality provides two export options: Loan Report, which presents comprehensive details about loans in a specific program and Event Report, which focuses on key events and activities associated with loans in a specific program.
Whether you need an in-depth view of loan performance or a flexible data set for external use, the Reports feature simplifies the process, making it easier than ever to access and utilize critical loan information.
Below are instructions on how to access and use the Reports feature in Exchange:
Step 1 – Click on Reports

After logging into your Exchange account, click on the “Reports” option on the left-hand side bar under Inventory.
Step 2 – Create New Report

Once in the “Reports” section, you will be able to view all of your generated reports, when the report was generated, who generated the report, the status of the report, and re-download previous reports.

To create a new report, click on the “Create New Report” button on the right-hand side.
Step 3 – Enter Report Name

Once you click on the “Create New Report” button, the following popup will show on your screen.

To begin creating a new report, enter the “Report Name”.
Step 4 – Choose Program

Choose which program data you would like to export by clicking on the “Program” dropdown option.
Step 5 – Private Metadata

You have the option of including “Private Metadata” within your report which includes PII (Personally Identifiable Information) within the loans that are sensitive personal data related to the businesses included in the program.

If you do NOT include “Private Metadata” then the report will just show de-identified data (loan number, funded amount, APR, etc.).
Step 6 – Choose Report Type

Using the “Report Type” dropdown, choose from either the “Loan” or “Event” report type.

Loan Report presents comprehensive overview about loans in a specific program.

Event Report focuses on key events and activities associated with the loans in the selected program.
Step 7 – Enter Date Enrolled Range

Choose the date range from Start to End of the loans you want generated in the report. Loan Reports are based on Enrollment Date. Event Reports are based on the Created Date of each Event.

Once you have chosen your dates, click on “Create” to create the report.
Step 8 – Report Generation

Once you have clicked on “Create”, the report will start generating in 3 different stages:

Pending: Loan Data is being gathered, you can cancel the generation by clicking on the red icon under the “Actions” column.

In Progress: The Report is in the process of being generated.

Completed: The Report has successfully been generated, you can click on the “Download” icon under the “Actions” column to download the report.
