- If a loan is not deemed eligible for your program you can also Reject that loan. To do so, click the “Reject” button on the Loan Details page as shown below.
- You will be prompted to provide a reason for rejection that will be stored in the Exchange and is visible to both you and the Enrollee. Once finished, click “Reject” to reject the loan from the enrollment process.
